Impact of strain on metamagnetic transitions in $Sm_{0.5} Sr_{0.5} Mn O_3$ thin films

摘要

SSMO50 thin films were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering on LAO and STOsubstrates. The film on LAO is under compressive strain, while the film on STOis under tensile strain. All the magnetic and magnetotransport properties havebeen discussed in terms of strain controlled metamagnetic state.
